Public randomness, in real time.

Periods and dates intersect; from is inclusive, to is exclusive. Search by ID uses source + window_id and cannot be combined with dates. Cursors keep the same filters and time bounds. Exports contain only stored data, with counts and SHA-256 in the JSON manifest.

Locally retained A + B records; synchronization may be delayed. Service age counts UTC calendar days from the earliest proven record, not uninterrupted uptime.
