Post-quantum development support: rPGP's PQC feature uses RustCrypto ML-KEM,28
ML-DSA and SLH-DSA (MIT OR Apache-2.0). Vendored ssh-key and russh extend SSH29

is reimplemented. A namespaced kem trait dependency isolates two upstream31
